These Terms of Service govern your use of strikehope.org, operated by Strike HOPE, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 85-3806230) based in Oregon City, Oregon. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
About Strike HOPE
Strike HOPE supports K-12 students in nontraditional education (homeschool, private or online instruction) by providing Chromebooks and volunteer tutoring to eligible families. Strike HOPE does not sell any products or services. All programs are free to eligible families and are funded by donations and grants.
Applications for assistance
- Applications must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, one application per child.
- Eligibility is based on national poverty guidelines and requires income documentation.
- Our Board of Directors reviews applications monthly. Assistance depends on available donations and is not guaranteed. Wait times may apply.
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate. We may decline or withdraw assistance if information is false.
Donations
Strike HOPE is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your situation. Online donations are processed by third-party services (such as PayPal Giving Fund, Venmo and Zeffy), whose own terms apply. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at hope@strikehope.org and we will review your request. Donations are used for Strike HOPE’s charitable programs and necessary operating costs, as described on our Donate page.
Volunteers
Volunteers may be asked to complete an application and screening before working with students, and must follow Strike HOPE’s policies and procedures.
Use of this website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or harmful information. Content on this site, including text, logos and images, belongs to Strike HOPE or its licensors and may not be reused without permission, except for sharing links and brief quotations with credit.

Our site links to other websites, such as payment processors, Candid and social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
